I had very slow internet for 3 weeks since phone upgrade and Cynthia was able to give me my old phone line back and waived all the charges. She is so knowledgeable and will not sell you any product or service that u dont need.

(Samsung flip) I had to mail it in and the process took forever. Will never be back at this location after my very frustrating experience. The owner was the one that wouldn't accept it. When I mailed it in, bell accepted it no problem.
