  Sadia was extremely helpful and made my daughter's watch work even though it's a third party watch. She was kind and helpful.

  I came into this store because my phone was getting really slow, battery was heating up so I was wondering what my options were to getting a new phone as it was time to upgrade the sales person was fantastic, knowledgeable and answered all my questions I walked out with a new phone will come back for sure

  They should lose their franchise license. Salesperson said he was too busy to work right now, picked up his phone and started playing some mobile game as the volume was on full blast. He then turned around and went into the back of the store. I waited a full 15 minutes and even yelled for him twice and he yelled back that he was too busy with work. I was there to purchase several phones for our company plan and because of this nonsense I went to Best Buy, where nobody was too busy "working" to help me and the several thousand dollars I had to spend.

  Terrible Experience! Do not go to this location. My reason is trust. I went to pick up a new phone because my old phone died. I already knew that I wanted a Samsung. My contract indicated a $60 upgrade fee. When talking to the manager he said he would waive the fee. I thanked him for that. Today I get a bill and the this store DID NOT waive the fee. Also, he sent me a different copy of the agreement. I have nothing but terrible experience with Bell for number of years. The reps tell you 1 thing and they do another. Then I have to fight with them. Do NOT trust the Manager at this location.

  locked door ever day. what are they hiding? or they what customer can steal? once i replaced two sim card. because i got two number. they don't even want to active the sim card for me. Q:if they don't active the sim card for me. how can i call bell to active the card? then they just active one number for me. badly the other card is a broken one. then i came back to change a new one. they said they out of stoke the sim card. are you kiding me? just because they have no idea to charge me money. then don't give me a card.(i paid for the two new sim card). just don't go to this location. kingsway one is good.
