Haazim was patient enough when my husband and I were still deciding options if it’s better to transfer from Koodo. Everything went well until the port protection issue came up from Koodo that none of us weren’t aware existed. Had to come back the next day to get it fixed. Roxanna came to the rescue and took care of it right away. We were in and out in less than 15mins. Thanks so much to you both.
