  I was sent a package from BC on Tuesday, which was supposed to arrive Thursday. I got a notification that it would come Thursday, then later another that said Wednesday. Nothing came Wednesday, Thursday morning it said it was to be delivered Thursday between 9am and 1pm. Later that day I got another notification saying Friday. Then Friday it said Saturday, abd it was supposedly out for delivery, but then updated to say Sunday. When I checked the history, twice it said the street was incorrect, and then said address was corrected, henxe the "delay". The address was never wrong. It's a bit of a strange driveway where I live, but Google maps finds it no problem, so I'm legitimately baffled as to how a professional delivery company, that literally ONLY delivers goods, can't find my house that has existed for over 40 years. The only ones that can't find the house historically, are those who are incompetent or lazy. I opted to pick it up. I was called this morning (Monday), but it wasn't even at the pickup location requested, it was at the original receiving centre. I didn't have a pen to write down the address, but the woman said it should show up on Google. There is one on Google, but guess what? It's not the correct location because it was at a spot that technically is not customer facing. I ended up being a bit late for work because of the extra detour. This whole thing was a bit ridiculous. Canada post would have been faster. Bubba Gump shrimp would have figured this out. Even SpongeBob could have done better. This is your one service, you shouldn't be this terrible at it.

  FedEx, oh where do I begin. The staff are very friendly and remember you by name. Which is great, Richard will go above and beyond to make you smile and be helpful. It's the waiting for one little box that gets me. And it usually doesn't clear till 1030, noon to 1 if it's a large and heavy freight.
