- HHhayliem12Nov 28, 20252.0I went in for device return and to upgrade my phone, hoping to pay the same or less than what I was currently, knowing there were Black Friday deals. Immediately when I walked in it felt like it was an inconvenience. They were not very welcoming. They put my phone number into the system without looking at my ID and pulled up my account, then just referenced their books and basically said that they couldn’t help me. They were not eager to find a solution or make a sale. I ended up calling Bonnyville location and she was super kind, went over all the plans and phone options available. I ended up ordering my new phone through the app and got a deal that was less than what I pay now. I will be making the drive to the bonnyville location rather than coming here though, once my new phone comes to purchase accessories and return my old phone.

Tasmin has been incredible in setting up his tablet with a sim, and making sure he has all his apps in connecting and working order. Tasmin has worked wonderfully with us all while I am on the phone and my dad is in person. I can not stress enough how wonderful this young lady's service has been. She has always been the one who my dad goes to for help for all his phone issues/needs. Tasmin has patience, dedication, great knowledge in her field and a fantastic personality. 10,000 star review for her!
