I had a tricky experience with trying to get an esim and new phone number with Bell, and spent an hour on the phone only to have it not work out. Frustrated, I drove to the closest Bell store, and my worries were instantly soothed by Uvi. He’s calm, thoughtful, and easy to understand explanation had me out of the store in 30 minutes with a new number ready to go! Even helped me with a new screen protector and case, and gave me a heads up about the upcoming deals for upgrading my iPhone. He’s a legend, thank you for all of your help!!!
