  FedEx is the worst what’s the point of adding a delivery note with my buzz code when the driver doesn’t even try to dial my buzz code just shows up with a note and sticks it on the front door of my building. No point in trying to call cause you’ll be on hold for over an hour. Train your staff properly. I have no problem with UPS, DHL, Canada Post, etc they all follow my delivery note and actually use the buildings intercoms and I buzz them into the building. These FedEx employees are so lazy. Look at this guy doesn’t even have my package just shows up with the sticker.

  My package was supposed to arrive two days ago. But hasn't arrived yet. I've spoken with customer service three times, but I still haven't received my package from this facility.

  I wasn't going to write a review, but today I received a bill in the mail demanding 65$, so I had to share my experience. Sent important immigration documents to Ottawa in December, paid about $125 for expedited return service. Documents were ready for pickup on Jan 7.FedEx told me driver only comes once a week – fine, I waited. Then they claimed they couldn't find the package. I panicked these are crucial immigration documents. Called the recipient – turns out FedEx never even showed up. Finally got my documents back Jan 22. Almost one month of stress and delays. The delay caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and problems. What's the point of paying for fast delivery? And I called to ask about the 65$ bill, they said "sorry, by mistake." Really? Conflicting info, lost package, month-long delay, and now billing errors. Last time I use FedEx. And I don’t need your appreciate comment I should first read the reviews most of the people are complaining about your services, I think better if you closed this centre and open a Tim Hortons that's will be the best.

  I received a package that wasn't mine (a different address but using my home postcode). To return it, I contacted FedEx multiple times via email, website, and phone, but to no avail. Their customer service is very difficult to use. (Packing information: TRK# 3987 8426 4267, 15873355334 INV, PO: C400342458, REF: 7037208)

  Honestly don’t know why delivery drivers can’t do their jobs. I specifically put my intercom number on my address, stating intercom number. They don’t deliver, they don’t even try to deliver they put a note on the building saying they couldn’t. Maybe you should have being able to read as a requirement
