Theybare quick on shipping but the care they have for my package was very lacking. Nothing was damaged but for 100$ I kinda expected it to not be scrunched.

The worst felivery company ever, they deliver the package to an unknown location and they didn't notify me ( first package ) , second package has been delivered to my apartment. And when i complain that the first package wasn't delivered and is lost they said nothing we can do it's not our issue 🤬🤬 no resolution not even trying to resolve the probleme and they are saying driver deliver the package to the mail room !???? Its not my address and why the second one was delivered correctly to my apartment !? How the first is correct !? Is the mail room my address !? U already have my adress on the package its was mentioning the unit number same as the second one !????

Worst delivery experience ever! I was sitting by the stairs waiting for my package for almost 3 hours and delivery guy did not even bother to knock or ring the doorbell and just stuck a not saying “sorry, we missed you” on the glass door!

Fedex Driver in a white unmarked van, wearing a dark blue Fedex jacket, with FEDEX in white lettering. License# 0-FG951, started harassing me as I was exiting my home. Not sure if this was an actual FEDEX guy because his communication was like a scammer/criminal - hostile speech (pakistani accent), glaring as though I was invading his turf, asking me what I wanted as I passed his van that was blocking the road way. Real drivers are used to seeing people on their runs, and are friendly. So, jittery scammer? (shrug) If he's a real FEDEX employee, HR needs to review their hiring process.

When I say this is the worst service trust me. I have fedex on recording for 3 days now I might need to turn this into a lawsuit. Somebody needs to do it 7days now and everyday I hear a diffrent story. When I call fedex refuse to speak to their customer. I have 3 days out of recordings that fedex will have to answer in court.
