They attempted to deliver a package for me on October 28th but apparently couldn’t deliver…they left no note, nothing. Just took the package away back. The only way I found out that there was a problem was through the seller…they got a notification. This was a big problem because this was for a gift and I was expecting it to be on time…which would’ve been the 28th. I got in touch with customer service and I was redirected to not 1 not 2 but 7 different people in total saying they needed to wait for updates on my package. A week later and I was still met with the same response “I’m sorry for the inconvenience we’re working on it…you have to wait for a notification for pickup” finally I got frustrated enough to drive 40 minutes to this location from my workplace which was extremely inconvenient given they’re a delivery company…The front desk people obviously have no clue what they’re doing as the woman who was there had a blank confused look on her face as to how to give me my package. Thankfully I took my package home today… a week later. I’m very disappointed and consider this really unacceptable.
