  I just got my new phone today. It was a very seamless and simple experience. Bell had a ton of accessories to choose and protect my phone. They applied my screen and lens protectors quickly and perfectly for me. The gentlemen that helped me was named Yuvi. He was very respectful and helpful when I got my new phone, he totally deserves a raise. overall my experience was amazing and was full of great deals and offers.

  If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came here today to find my mom a phone plan and we came across Yuvi. He greeted us immediately when we came in the store despite him helping another customer. He had us sitting down as he was just finishing up with his first customer and told us about the great phone plan deals going on. I eventually got my mom a phone plan which she was very happy about. Yuvi then discussed with us about getting a family plan and by the end of our visit, we ended up getting our whole family on a new phone plan with Bell. He was very patient and explained the phone plan thoroughly. I had a lot of questions as well and he was able to answer all of them. I hope this review gets him noticed from the higher ups. Please give my thanks to Yuvi.

  I had an excellent experience with Justin from Bell! After waiting days trying to activate my eSIM through Bell’s online customer service — and being transferred between multiple representatives without resolution — I was honestly very frustrated. I also visited the Bell branch at The Core, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me with the issue. Justin stepped in and resolved everything efficiently, in just 5mins he was able to activate and fix it. His customer service was outstanding, and he turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Thank you, Justin, for your help! I’ll definitely look for you if i do have questions about Bell. 😉😊
