The guy doesn't smile, hesitates to give you information fully but does give you all the Karen attitude. Never going to this store ever again. Probably switching from Bell to Rogers too.

We came in there trying to compare plans between them and Best Buy for my friend and they ended up converting me to Bell too. I have been with Telus 15 years. Never saw myself switching. Tbh it wasn’t even just the prices that made me switch, it’s how we were treated by both Manny and Rishi when we there. From the moment we walked thru the door it was great customer service.

Super knowledgeable about the products and plans, and he explained everything clearly and in great detail. He answered every question I had and solved any concerns quickly, without making me feel rushed or confused. Honestly, he’s the best Bell rep I’ve ever worked with and definitely deserves recognition. All said and done, Cole crushed it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
