  It is worst experience consecutively. They are more interested to sell their plans eather than solving the problem. Especially the girl attending the counter. Its consecutive bad experience while dealing with her. Firstly, her prime purpose is just to sell plans.. once plan is sold then she is in haste to wind up rather than addressing the real grievance. My basic concern was.. I had purchased a prepaid new connection from her last month with CAD 55 plan. Three days back we recharged it for CAD 50 as some previous balance was existing. Still BELL deducted whole 50 CAD from our account. Rather than addressing this issue She and her senior pasted new postpaid plan to us on saying.. Bell will give you credit for disputed amount. Now.. if we call to Bell customer service then for one hour they flipped us from prepaid to postpaid and postpaid to prepaid departments.. postpaid guyz said we cannot open your prepaid account and prepaid customer representatives said we cannot check your prepaid account bcoz you have converted into postpaid. After wasting one hour and abhsing BELL, the representative lastly told they can do nothing. Had the saddletown circle staff acted genuinely, my weekend evening not have been ruined. Don’t purchase connections or products from them. Their sole purpose is just to sell not to address what is good for customer. Pathetic customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase any product from them.

  My experience with Bell Saddletowne Circle branch was great! Mr. Sahib is an expertise when it comes to his job. I had a great student plan because he explained what I really need. My phone was not compatible here in Canada so he really suggests the best phone plan for me. He's very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can say Bell is very helpful to newcomers like me. Thank you!

  Such a Bad experience. I got a prepaid number from there, which was $45 a month. But the girl at reception, enabled auto recharge top up service on my mastercard , she lied to me that enabling auto top up service is compulsory .Auto top up charged me over $250 in just 18 days. They should clarify this thing to new customers and tourists. Wasted my hard earned money and now when i called them , they answered after 10 times calling and told they can't help over it , call bell helpline. Will never go to this store again AND WILL NOT USE BELL MOBILITY for future for sure.

  Absolutely Terrible Service... the worker is taking personal calls during setting up our services ( on her mobile phone ). She helped multiple other people that were behind us before us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICES.
