We came here hoping to get help with our SIM card issue, but the employee refused to assist us without even listening or offering any advice. He simply refused to deal with the problem. Very unfriendly service! After that, we went to another store where the staff was polite and provided professional assistance. But in this store, we received no help at all. Why hire an employee who can’t provide good customer service? We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and it was clear that he was just too lazy to do his job at the end of the workday. I do not recommend coming here—go to another store instead, as you’ll only face poor treatment here.

They fraud me. And now i am in the contract and i cant do nothing. Dont go over their they gonna fraud ya. And ya gonna find it out by tbe next bill. Cuz they dont tell ya nothing. They fraud the customer cuz they dont tell ya nothing. Worst place to get a device. When ya wanna talk to their manager they be like i am the manager talk to me.
