They made countless calls on my behalf, coached me on the how's and why's of Bell's corporate rules and regulations, and then when I managed to swim through the red tape, helped me with my brand new phone, setting it up, ensuring it worked, and even making sure I had extra accessories...free! Nice! Thanks so much, you restored my faith in Bell.
