I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I was promised a reimbursement through Winback Documents, and after submitting everything as required, I received no confirmation, no follow-up, and no response. I tried contacting Bell multiple times, including calling 611, only to be met with confusing menus, long wait times, and representatives who either couldn’t help or redirected me to other departments. To make matters worse, I was asked for a PIN I was never given, which blocked me from even speaking to someone properly. There was no clear process, no proper communication, and zero accountability on Bell’s end. This is not how a major telecom company should treat its customers — especially after making a return offer. I expected at least basic professionalism and follow-through, and instead, I was left chasing answers for something that should’ve been handled smoothly. Very disappointed. I hope Bell takes this seriously and fixes this broken process.

When i went there to upgrade my phone, Raman, the staff member, kept the store open an extra 30 minutes or so just to help me with my questions and purchase, which was very pleasing to know that it didn't seem to bother her. Overall a great experience.
