They are always super helpful with great suggestions on phone plans and financing options to help me save a few bucks on my monthly bill. They always go above and beyond helping with setup and transfers and making sure everything works before I leave. The other night the owner was in working and helped me out with a situation caused by a less-than upright phone repair shop. He called another shop he knows does good work and arranged for them to help me out. Stellar service. Genuinely cares about the customer. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Every time I go there, they go above and beyond to make sure I get taken care of. Even when the issues I've had needed to be handled directly by the manufacturer's warranty, they make sure I have all the information I need for success when contacting the company, and were happy to offer things like loaned phones while I wait for mine to be serviced! They also are good at helping one with pricing and getting the most suitable plans. These guys are super helpful, so just talk to them, and they will likely either sort you out, or point you in the best direction!

I found that extremely unprofessional. She was changing her address and calling her phone from the stores phone. While I was waiting to be seen. Waited over 15 minutes.
