  Eric was fantastic, helped me switch from Telus to Bell with no problem. Also set up my work phone with a number and plan. He was very informative and explained everything very simply for me.

  Terrible customer service. I walked in with my partner and there were zero greetings. We patiently waited for over 10mins and they proceeded to help a woman who came in after me. When I called them out on their terrible service I was met with nasty attitude. Don’t go to this bell location, it’s not worth it.

  Best upgrade to new phone ever. All apps and rings tones transferred perfectly. Rep knows his job for sure. Very impressive.

  I’ve been coming back to this shop for over ten years and numerous phone upgrades. They are always super helpful with great suggestions on phone plans and financing options to help me save a few bucks on my monthly bill. They always go above and beyond helping with setup and transfers and making sure everything works before I leave. The other night the owner was in working and helped me out with a situation caused by a less-than upright phone repair shop. He called another shop he knows does good work and arranged for them to help me out. Stellar service. Genuinely cares about the customer. Can’t recommend highly enough.
