    Went in last Friday evening to get a couple of SIM cards programmed for new service and was very happy with the service I got. He was very helpful to the couple in front of me and accommodating to the two other customers that walked in behind me and handled everything quite smoothly. I recommend this location even if out of your way.

    We needed to come in to Verify ID for a new Virgin Mobile Account, as Virgin Mobile is a subsidiary of Bell, we were told that we could go to ANY Bell store to Verify ID. Myself, my Wife, and two kids went into this store (Aug 27th/2025) and were told that they didn't have the ID machine required to verify the ID. The store wasn't busy, there was another customer that was being helped by another employee. After calling Virgin Mobile about this, we were told that they didn't need a machine to verify the ID. We just needed to present the ID and that was enough. It seems that the Bell employees just didn't want to deal with the verification or a Virgin Mobile account and just said whatever to get rid of us. Would not recommend going here for service or anything. This is the second time we've been burnt here. Go to the Seton Location, they're super helpful.
