The person there told me that everything I was advised by Bell was not feasible to do—they had no watch I wanted, and they offered no price I was quoted online. So, either the staff online had no clue, or the person in the store didn't. However, I used the store in Market Mall before, and the experience was pretty bad, too. The sad fact is that Bell service is getting less and less knowledgeable and poorer.
