- SBSheldon BayntonDec 9, 20251.0Been with Bell mobility for many years and always swore by them. I recently had issues with my phone well though it was my phone anyways. Turns out the phone is good. Problem i was having was using the internet when no wifi. I was unable to load pictures to the web. When I went to the store the first time and explained what was happening the gentlemen behind the counter was only concerned about selling me a new plan or new phone. I asked him to look at the phone. He did and reset the mobile data network and when that did not fix anything he gave me a 1-800 #. That also proved to solve none of the problems. Took my phone in to get it checked out and was told the phone was good. Went back to Bell a week later talked to the lady this time. She gave me no help and finished off the conversation with "maybe try a new provider" so I went to Freedom. No issues anymore and a cheaper plan. Would give this 0 stars but it won't let me.
