  Erik is absolutely fantastic. We upgraded our phones back in November and the process was seemless and quick. There was no BS, he didn't attempt any salesman tactics, just good and honest. I typically hate going into mobile stores and for good reason but this time was definitely different. Would 100% suggest people going to this specific Bell store.

  Guy that works there is horrible. Went in there around Black Friday to switch to virgin, he then wouldn’t sign me up for virgin and put me on Bell. Claimed to be a better deal but it really wasn’t. I understand that Virgin is technically under Bell but not what I asked for. The main reason for this review is that I told him I had to bring my old phone back to Telus and needed a temporary number first; he then talked down to me like I had no idea what I was talking about and said he would just port my number then and there. He did this and then it messed up my entire bring-it-back option with Telus as the account was closed immediately after he ported my number. The fact that I brought up that I needed the temporary number ans instructed by another Virgin store and he completely dismissed it confirms just how much lack of knowledge, care, or concern he has. Only reason I had to go to this location was because they were the only ones with the phone I wanted in stock. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The individual I dealt with needs some serious training on his job and customer service.

  Went here for a phone upgrade and was in and out in 30mins. Erik provided such great service. No hassle, no fluff. Will recommend this Bell branch to others.

  Kyle was very helpful. He solved my problem with my SIM card after switching to Bell from a different company.
