There was one other customer there being “helped”. He asked what we needed help with and we told him we were just needing to port our number over on an account that was already set up. it was obvious he did not want to deal with anything and no matter how nice we were, he was having none of it and wanted us out the door. We left just feeling great about that service lol.

I also made a plan that in the coming months I will switch from Bell to Telus because it has better service. He tells another customer to go to the Telus company over there and get it from them.
