- OKOleg Kim2 days ago1.0Nobody was present here when I arrived. The sign on the door said they’ll come back in an hour. There’s no information anywhere that they have breaks during the day. I changed my delivery preferences to Picking Up on purpose cause I wanted to do it whenever convenient for me. Read some reviews on Google, seems like I’m not the first person who has the same issue.

- ARAshley RoseMar 16, 20261.0Went here on March 16th, 2026 to simply drop off a return package. The guy seemed like he had no idea what was going on, and asked for a bunch of stuff. He said he would "have to open the package." He also gave a hard time to the women in front, who was just picking up a package from her mother. He questioned her because the name on the package wasn't HER name.. even after she explained it was her mom...as if she was supposed to be sending something to herself. Terrible service. DHL is usually amazing, but this is by far the most awful location I have been to.
