  Costumer service not a pleasant experience, they never resolved the issues asked and my return of the money still on the wait after 5 months lol.

  Horrible company. First issue was the driver tearing up our front yard because he didn’t know how to stay on the driveway. Second issue was customer service completely ignoring my complaint about my now damaged yard. Third issue was them just not delivering my water today with no acknowledgment. Fourth issue is their website. Every week it changes my order of four jugs to three jugs or five. I always have to go in and change it back to four. Fifth issue was them delivering jugs with leaks in them. Absolute trash company, and I’d highly suggest not dealing with them unless you want to pay to have property damage done and the high possibility of just not having water. Luckily they didn’t charge me for not receiving water like other people seem to have had an issue with. And before the social media team sends that boiler plate response to email them, you’ve ignored my previous emails.

  2nd update: I was able to return the bottles to Shopper's Drug Mart and received the deposit refund. I am grateful for this and appreciate the company's prompt response once I submitted this google review. The company would be wise to inform their merchants, as several stores told me they sell the bottles but do not do the deposit refunds. They should also inform the call centre you reach via the phone number on the bottles. The call center is based in Florida. They didn't have a clue what to advise and, after multiple calls, ended up telling me it wasn't a deposit but rather a purchase price and I could not receive a refund, period. This was after escalating to a call centre manager, so it seems no one has a clue about their Canadian market. This was an annoying experience but all's well that ends well. . Update: sent an email per their response below (thank you for the prompt reply). Will update with, hopefully, a resolution. . I live in Calgary Ab. I purchased their refillable 18.9 L bottles that come with a hefty deposit and can not, for the life of me, figure out where to return them to be refunded the deposit. I've contacted the place I purchased it from ,the bottle depot, Walmart, all Loblaws stores, Primo/ Canadian Springs directly (twice) - no one will accept these for return. What a rip off.
