The stylist, an old bitter woman, proceeded to argue that crew cuts are only buzz cut to the skin. I told her that there are actually 30 or more variations of a crew cut. She started ranting about how she's done hair for 30 years and demands proof. I already had screenshots saved on my phone, which I immediately produced from a reputable hair styling website. She scoffed and told me "those aren't crew cuts." I asked her if the entire hair community is lying then. She said "yes," to which I immediately told them I decline their services and will go somewhere else. She then started bragging about being "the boss," and advised me not to attempt calling a manager. I told her google reviews are what really matter. Speak with your wallet. Don't give this "burger king" salon one cent. They clearly don't train their staff in either hair or customer service.

Because of that, the results often end up uneven. Both my wife and I have had the same issue on multiple occasions, especially on my wife with the front layers not matching up and being even. It just feels like she’s more focused on getting through clients quickly rather than taking the time to make sure the cut is even and polished. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team does great work.
