Myself and others were ignored while the staff just talked amongst themselves. Very disappointing experience. I didn't trust the staff enough to color match me and will be taking my business to a stand alone store with much better customer service.

The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. One particular associate showed me around the store and advised me on 4C hair care products. I was able to create a personalized hair oil sample for my sister as a gift ❤.
