I scheduled two appointments for today, one for my husband and a second for me online with Amiya. I received a text confirming my husband's appointment only. I called over two different days a minimum of three times and no one answered the phone and I got passed to a "Rosie the Virtual Assistant", what a joke. This assistant is garbage and resulted in ZERO answers, and no way to reach an actual human. I was never able to confirm the second appointment which resulted in me not being able to get my hair done before travel plans on Friday, not to mention a missed appointment because it was never confirmed. Absolutely unbelievable that a business would trust their business to such trash. If it were not for Amiya our stylist, we would not visit this Salon again. The salon is not the closest to us, we go because of Amiya. If this is the service we can expect moving forward we will have to rethink Hair Cuttery as a provider of service at all. While we were there another client was also complaining of the same thing, no one answering a phone and also dealing with a useless robot, please fix this before you start losing clients. The Stylists are not the issue here, the ridiculous excuse for a human standin is aka "Rosie". Amiya was wonderful as always, we chose my husband to get a cut who was in worse shape than me, I had to reschedule for AFTER our trip due to the incompetence of the AI technology being used, again please fix this I don't want to have to find another Stylist, but I can't deal with the inability to speak with a human for a simple answer, did we, or did we not have two scheduled appointments, not rocket science.
Ths rating has everything to do with the lack of Customer Service prior to our visit. If ONLY rating the Stylist it would be a huge 5.
Thank you.
