Kelly, sat me in her chair, wrapped the gown around me and proceeded to rip the brush through my hair as she is spraying my hair with water. Jerking my head sideways, several times prior to asking me; “are you tender headed or is it me? Due to me saying ouch” I said, i have never know me to be, but i don’t rip a brush through my hair like you are! Then she hit me upside the head with the brush and her hand as she is grabbing more hair. I said most times people wash my hair before cutting it, i have product in my hair. This was an impromptu visit, i generally was my hair before its cut. She said the water just makes it worse….the tangles she is ripping through…as she is spraying my hair. Never will i ever return! I pray for anyone that does!
