  I went in and asked for a haircut. I showed the person cutting my hair what I wanted. It was a photo of a previous haircut I had, and it was shoulder length. (See first photo attached.) They told me yeah that should be no problem! They start cutting, and it looked as though it was a little shorter than my shoulders, but it was the underneath layer and assumed they just needed to cut that area (lower layer) shorter than the top layer of my hair. No biggie, they continued cutting, then unparted my hair and began cutting the top layer. This is when I started to notice my hair being cut EXTREMELY shorter than my shoulders. I knew at this point there was no way to fix it, and it was going to be at a length shorter than I wanted. By the end, I had said this was a lot shorter than I was expecting/wanted, but they told me it was giving Gracie Abrahams and that it was cute. In the moment, I tried to smile and not cry, but before I could even leave the chair I was tearing up. I walked over and was talking to my boyfriend, and told him “It’s really really short.” Another stylist asked me, “is that what you wanted?” I said “no, I asked for it to be cut to my shoulders, but it’s what it is now, it’s okay.” However, after leaving, I cried for probably two days and am just disappointed that this is what happened. Furthermore, im unsure how I asked for a shoulder length cut and walked out with a SHORT bob. (See 2nd photo.) This is no disrespect to the individual who cut my hair, I’m just disappointed that I left with what I did not ask for.

  I’ve been to this location twice, needless to say I’ve been disappointed twice. The first time was just a sub par haircut. The second time. My stylist had such nice hair. Cut Dyed nice. I had a sense of relief hoping I would get a better cut. I explained I wanted just the sides faded and to trim a .5in to an inch off the top, mind you I have 4+inches slick back sport biker look. I leave here with damn near a crew cut and a fade so high up it restarted every bit of hair I was trying to regrow from previous mistakes. Even the back of my head is to far up it’s seriously the worst haircut I’ve ever received Shortly after being coaxed passively into buying some hair product that I needed anyway the total was $40 to ruin the next 5 months of my life. I’m defeated, all I wanted was to get fresh. I just had a baby that day and that’s what I had to show up like. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. My haircut is extremely uneven, and there are long hairs left throughout that were clearly missed. I had to fix parts of it myself at home, which shouldn’t be necessary after a professional haircut. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
