Bonnie did my hair and I love it, she did exactly what I asked for she was a true professional & super nice and the other staff ladies were super nice as well I watched as they worked and they did very good jobs on there clients as well, so from my experience if your looking for someone to take care of your hair needs JCP SALON IN MORGANTOWN WV IS A GREAT PLACE.
- JMJean MichelsNov 27, 20221.0This salon has went down hill. Went in for a cut the stylist kept stopping and answering the phone. Missed a whole section of my hair. Talked to much. Couldn't style hair very well. I ask for second week of Dec to get another service done. She made it for the 2nd day. I couldn't get her to understand what I meant. I gave up. Went home seen my hair and how she missed a who section. I called to see if I could get it fixed. When I called the other stylist answered the phone by saying hello. I didn't know if I got the right place. I couldn't get ahold of manager. Nobody seemed to know when she would be there. I gave up went to another high end place. It cost me but got a good cut. I won't be back to jc Penney salon
