  Amy did an amazing job on my son's hair. He was scared to get his haircut and Amy calmed him down and actually had him laughing and smiling. She took her time to listen to what was needed and executed precisely. I recommend Amy and will be coming back to get my own hair cut by her.

  My wife stopped in today to get a haircut after 4:30. There were 3 stylists working when she arrived and she had approximately 22 minutes before she would be able to be seen. When her time counter got down to a minute, it remained there for the next 25 minutes. One stylist took 45 minutes to finish her haircut, apologized for the delay, but then she let her husband come back and talk to her while my wife continued to wait. The second one did two haircuts, but got a hand cramp and had to excuse herself. The third stylist, understandably, finished her last cut and clocked out like she was supposed to. When my wife got into the chair, she explained that she had to pick up our daughter from an appointment in 20 minutes, so she was forced to skip a true haircut in favor of just getting her ends trimmed. My daughter texted 10 minutes later saying she was finished, and the stylist wrapped up her trim shortly after. I understand things happen but the fact that my wife was treated like an afterthought is not good customer service. While she was apologized to, she didn't appreciate the huge difference between what she was told her wait was upon arrival to how long she had been waiting by the time she got into the chair. She rarely takes time out to get her hair done and it truly saddens me that an opportunity do so was fumbled so badly at this establishment. I hope what happened today was an aberration but there will be no further patronage from us.

  I walked in with messy hair that fell over my eyes, which was long due for a hairctu. I immediately got seated as soon as I told them my information (Phone number, name). My stylist - Crystal - was kind, friendly, and skilled at what she did. She was very patient as well, answering questions and being lenient with my silliness, like asking if there was a discount if I didn't like the haircut. Overall, I would recommend this spot for sure. It has a friendly atmosphere, and it's a great place to get your hair cut. If you are a WVU student, you also get a discount ($2).

  Ms. Jean is one of the stylists at Great Clips, and she is great. She is detail oriented, listens carefully to what you want, then takes her time to make sure the cut is done right. She's fantastic, so if you want an excellent hair cut, head to see her in Suncrest in Morgantown, WV.

  Had a wonderful experience at this Great Clips. Showed up right when the doors open and was greeted by Joanne who quickly was able to ask me what new hairstyle I wanted if I had examples of it and made quick work of it within 30 minutes! The cut turned out perfectly, thanks Joanne!
