The first red flag was that myself was checked in then my two daughters were added. They quickly saw my daughters and did their hair and when they were done and tried cashing me out I had to ask what about me their response was “oh I didn’t know” so they let the other customer go ahead of me and then they all disappeared and I was left waiting more. Then came my haircut, the girl was nice and friendly but I had to lie to her. I don’t know if she was trying to get done quick or what but I’ll admit I came in with my hair in a pony tail, I’m 7 months post partum and I hate my hair, so I had pony tail indents and at no point in time did she spray my hair to brush it. I’ve always had someone spray my hair before cutting so they can see what they are working with and not to mention my kids hair got sprayed before their cut. I told her shoulder length and layers. She finished and asked if I liked it and I had to lie and say yes. I left the salon calling my husband crying because she had messed up. My husband assured me it can’t be too bad and come home shower and fix it but it didn’t fix it. I’m 7 months post partum, I came in sad about my looks and wanting a refresh to leaving feeling worse about myself. The cut is above my shoulders and uneven and far from what I asked for.
