Using employees with requests to service large parties instead of spreading them out. Can't comprehend that two adults can't be simultaneously helped with multiple kids.

Spoke poorly to my mom who had prior had a bad experience but never complained just simply requested a new stylist this time saying that “she must be one of Nikki’s they’re all a different breed.” Nikki if you see this your coworkers talk poorly of you and your customers. Extremely disappointed as my mom is always respectful and never complained about the prior service.

I asked for soft layers and showed a picture with long layers. she gave me extremely choppy, uneven, short layers. I don’t know what to do to fix it and i am very embarrassed of my hair now.

I've cut my own hair myself at home and gotten the desired look, and other stylists have easily replicated it. My bangs are halfway up my forehead after getting my hair cut at this place. I cried in the bathroom the rest of the night and had to order fake bangs on amazon. I look like Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka and want to die going out in public now. My friends are laughing at me, and people are telling me my haircut was botched after showing them what I wanted. I hate this so much, and I can tell that my husband thinks its messed up too. I cannot believe I spent $70+ on this. I know I likely won't but man...I wish I could get that money back to pay someone else to fix it or something. I will not be revealing the stylist. I don't want to ruin her career.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
