I've been seeing Sandra for 12/13 years. She knows my hair and always knows what to do with it. I will never go to another stylist!

I always book with SHENEE, 5 out of 5. Always the best cuts and styles, and wax’s are top tier.

Made an appointment for a kids cut. We were in the area and we stopped in to see if they could take him any early for his hair cut as there was only one customer sitting inside. The staff stated that they couldn’t get to him any earlier than his scheduled time which was no big deal. We returned later for his appointment arriving 15min before his scheduled time. We were told by the only stylist that was there that his stylist had left for the day and she couldn’t cut his hair as she was doing a color on a client already. They stylist said she would try to call our stylist to see if she could come back. After waiting 30 minutes she comes back and said she can’t get ahold of the stylist and that we would have to make another appointment for the next day. I called in and spoke to the assistant manager and explained what had happened and she stated that the stylist that was there was the stylist that we were scheduled with. And was blatantly lied to. The manager didn’t care that I was making a complaint about the situation and just hung up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place.
