My sister has super curly hair and nobody has ever cut her hair as well as Sophia has. We will definitely be going back and seeing Sophia again. Especially for my little sister‘s hair cuts. She did an amazing job at an affordable price. There was another lady that helped with my hair, but I didn’t catch her name, but she did an amazing job as well.

- JNJen NDec 22, 20251.0They were supposed to take walk ins and my daughter and I went and they said they couldn’t cut her hair. No washing just trim the ends only. No layers or nothing. I thought it was weird bc there was approximately 4 ladies in there just sitting in the salon chairs just chatting.. so we made the appointment for next day at 4pm. We got there at exactly 4pm. Went in and stood there while no one checked us in.. finally some lady said have u been waited on after 5 min of sitting there playing on her computer.. then the one lady was getting off work and the one other lady (the one who finally checked us in) walked out the door with her with none of her belongings. So then I looked around and there was 3 people doing hair. The one lady got done and checked out the next person and went in the back and stayed the whole time. There was 2 other people doing hair. One of the men barbers got done checked out his guy and went back to cleaning every single thing in his barber case one by one. It’s now 4:20 and I was getting a lil upset. The one lady never did come back in and the other is still in the back with the door wide open. I asked him if I should re schedule bc her appointment was at 4 and it’s now 4:20. He looks around stunned bc no one is around. He said you do need to re schedule. I could tell he was embarrassed by the employees just taking off and doing what they want and not helping customers. They had the guy walk out that got tired of waiting that was sitting beside me as well. I told him you know what, better yet I’m not re scheduling I’m going somewhere else and I will never be back here as long as I live. This place is embarrassing.. I went to the place by Walmart on foxcroft and they got her right in and was only there for 20 min. I posted what happened on FB on the Hair Cuttery page and they erased it. So I figure this is the only way to get my experience at this salon out there. This place needs to do better and actually acknowledge their customers.
