- MAMae AFeb 6, 20261.0if i could put a 0 I would, Some Older Lady named “Karen” cut my hair, she said she could do the cut and in the middle of cutting she refused to do curtain bangs, She then cut my hair lopsided and uneven and didn’t even cut one side of the back, and i had to show her it was uneven i was respectful the whole time, and she was aggressive and kept spraying the water in my eye, she kept grunting the whole time i get it was late but i made an appointment after i got off work it was still a hour before closing, before i left she didn’t even give me the mirror to look at the back, she then said “now is this good enough for you”, it was awful i stayed quiet and said thank you paid and told her hope she has a good night, i shouldn’t have stayed silent about this no one deserves this especially since im the one paying, and if she couldn’t do the cut why did she tell me she could, why couldn’t she have let someone else in there cut it?

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
