  I’ve been going to Christy at Huntington Elite Aesthetic Treatments for my treatments for years now, and she is hands down my favorite provider in the area! We have some great aesthetic places around Huntington, but Christy is the one I always choose. Her pricing is fair and competitive, appointments are quick with no long waits, and my results are always natural looking and the longest lasting I’ve ever experienced. She really listens to what I want and uses just the right amount for subtle, beautiful results every time. I also love how they take before and after photos and keep them in my chart. It’s amazing to look back at pictures from sessions years ago and see the consistent progress! I’ve always been so happy with Christy’s care and the outcomes. LOVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Extremely disappointing. I should have known during my Botox treatment, when Christy said " If it doesn't work you can come back for more" that there was going to be an issue. I originally bought a $50 give card which included an extra $50 worth of Botox for free in the Promo for December. I paid another $385 as well after my appointment. I was basically wanting Botox between the brow which I have had previously 6 or 7 times in the past in Florida and also by Ben Moosavi in Huntington (who is excellent btw). I should have gone to him but I wanted this done ASAP so it would be in affect by Christmas when I go see my family (tho I know it takes over a year for the lines to disappear). I'm not a person who enjoys pics taken of myself which they do here at Huntington Elite, right before your service. Other places just simply give you a mirror but they insist at Huntington Elite. I was also told if the Botox doesn't work I may be immune or intolerant which I found odd that they said that because I've never heard anyone else ever mention that before the injections. I know women who have been doing Botox for many years with no problems and I've never had any issues prior to this. Christy said it should "kick in" within 7 days. I had 20 units between the brows and I know it only takes 15-20 units. That's what I have gotten previously in other doctors offices and it worked great. She put some in my "crows feet" area and told me she didn't feel like it was enough. I told her I didn't want to spend thousand but I was used to spending $500 to $600 . That always worked fine. This treatment did not work at all. Not even a little. I waited 14 days to return as they suggested after I called them about it. I went back today and she wanted to take more pics which I told her I was not comfortable with more pics. I was denied service because of that, of course. If you want great Botox that works, I suggest a real Doctor like a plastic surgeon. Those always worked for me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and I will post this on all social media to make sure anyone else does not get ripped off. A total waste of money and time! Also, to your reply, I did not choose a lower amount. I chose what you recommended between the brow and even called the front desk and asked her how many units I had and she confirmed 20 units which is my normal units. You know this is true and you know your product is weaker than most. It's obvious when you said I may need to come back for more and that I could be immune to it. Be honest.

  I had an appointment at Huntington Aesthetics on Saturday, October 11th with Micah, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, the environment already felt unwelcoming. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but I waited about 10 minutes for Micah-only to be picked up by a different provider, whose name was never shared with me but luckily I recognized her. There was very little communication during my visit, and the provider didn't discuss or confirm the number of units I wanted before proceeding. I had to interrupt and clarify that I preferred 6 units instead of 8, which likely would have been injected without my input. Additionally, when I initially booked the appointment, I was told that scheduling specifically with Micah would qualify me for a discounted rate of $10 per unit. However, because I was seen by a different provider (again, without notice or introduction), this discount was not honored, and I was charged $11 per unit instead. While the price difference isn't the main issue, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope this feedback encourages better organization and client communication in the future.

  I’ve recently started going here for my facial needs and they have been met! I had time give me a facial and I loveee how sweet she was and with all my years of microneedling and procedures this was the best results this far.so exited that I’ve found here!

  I continue to be blown away with every treatment I receive at HEAT. From Botox, to laser hair removal, to the cutting edge technology of Morpheus8, I always leave there feeling like a better version of myself. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and make your cosmetic treatments fun and comfortable. An amazing team and I look forward to my time there with each session.
