I have been to this location a few times and I’m not sure if management or ownership has changed but I can assure you the quality of people hired and haircuts have went down. I received a coupon in the mail for an $8 haircut which is a great deal since the haircuts at this establishment are priced at a whopping $19.00. (For the record I’d pay double that if I could guarantee my haircut would turn out correctly but more on that in a minute) I entered the building and the whole shop smelled like body odor. Vape filled the cutting area while slightly disturbing music filled the air. Twisted music about people ending their life played while the hairdressers sang and stumbled around the floor. I know what you are thinking, why not just leave. This was my only option for a hair cut at the time so I had to just roll with the punches (and odors). They call my name and I walk to the booth and sit on the chair. The lady mumbles to me while making eye contact as if she is trying to tell me something. I asked her what she said and she mumbled the same sentence again. I asked a third time and she finally spoke up and asked if my hair cut measurement was correct. She said “oh I remember from cutting your hair last time”. This lady has never cut my hair before. As she cut my hair she was vaping and singing and also dancing. She also said and I quote, “do you have any big plans for this weekend? I know I do. I’m having some friends over and we are going to do some… heh heh heh substances” When I put my glasses back on and looked in the mirror I was surprised to see how badly she had messed up my hair. I asked for a fade and basically received what looks to be a bowl cut with slanted bangs. Very disappointed in the entire experience. You couldn’t pay me to go back.
