At 6:43 PM tonight, 1 customer is getting a haircut and 2 employees are there. I'm told they're not adding on any more tonight because they have to clean up and have a "big morning" tomorrow.... so why are the hours until 7pm? I'm sorry, but this is the equivalent to "the ice cream machine is broken" at a fast food restaurant. I went back in after I thought about it (6:53 pm) and the second lady said we have a bunch of "big wigs" coming tomorrow that they have to prepare for.... bad excuse. I never give bad reviews, but this is ridiculous.
