  I went here to shop for new foundation and get color matched. Nena was so helpful and kind! She explained all the different types of foundation and helped me choose the best one for my skin tone. Great customer service!

  Very helpful. Answered all my questions. The manager even went in the back to look for (and found) a lipstick I wanted.

  This is the second time I have gone into this particular Sephora and as before there were people who worked in the store standing around talking and not one of them asked me if I needed any assistance ( I was clearly going up and down every isle trying to find something) when I didn’t find anything that would work for me I said to myself I’ll just wait until Ulta opens because at least they try to help you. As I’m thinking this a non African American couple comes in and in less than 3 minutes I hear one of the two ladies that were conversation amongst themselves ask the woman if she needed some assistance ( she was at the perfumes and had not gone the isle as I had done at least 3 times in the makeup section. So I guess I wasn’t the right color to warrant assistance. Needless to say, I will never spend my money in that Sephora as long as I live and breathe (as my mother used to say). I expect better from Sephora or is it the area I am in?
