And she made me apply it with my fingers because she didn't want to touch my "grimey skin" and she kept texting who I'd assume was her boyfriend because she would call him her "POOKIE"and would stop doing her job to respond back. Can't believe this.

- CWClaudia WaltersDec 4, 20221.0This is the second time I have gone into this particular Sephora and as before there were people who worked in the store standing around talking and not one of them asked me if I needed any assistance ( I was clearly going up and down every isle trying to find something) when I didn’t find anything that would work for me I said to myself I’ll just wait until Ulta opens because at least they try to help you. As I’m thinking this a non African American couple comes in and in less than 3 minutes I hear one of the two ladies that were conversation amongst themselves ask the woman if she needed some assistance ( she was at the perfumes and had not gone the isle as I had done at least 3 times in the makeup section. So I guess I wasn’t the right color to warrant assistance. Needless to say, I will never spend my money in that Sephora as long as I live and breathe (as my mother used to say). I expect better from Sephora or is it the area I am in?
