She walked in at 2:30 and Jessica said she did not have any appointments until 4:20, they came back around four and she was finishing up with a customer. She cleaned up, went outside to take a break, Came back in around 4:23 and her phone rang and she went outside and took another break sitting on the sidewalk smoking. She took our son and walked out. Would not recommend ever going there!
