  Walked in and walked out after asking the price range for a 2-step process for the THIRD time. They couldn’t figure out who was trained to do the service, had one that could do it. Stylist was is in a hurry, so now I’m sitting in the chair, but had to ask again before she started. (She had 1/4 cup of bleach mixed already, which costs them less than 5 bucks.) My stylist had been there each time I asked for the cost, but likely just forgot since she seemed busy. She seemed confused and anxious when I told about my choice to not get it done, but they were obviously very irritated with me. I shouldn’t have to beg to know the cost before a service. Seems like too many businesses forget their customers are not robots. The manager came over looking irate- I won’t return there again. There’s too many other places to choose from that handle their profession with more pride and confidence than they did there. I left them 20 bucks for the product they wasted, (mostly because stylist seemed nervous about needing to get the manager) and the manager took it. I hope she let the stylist keep it rather than overpaying for bleach. I’ve worked in the industry for decades and the amount of bleach wasted was not a big deal. Customer satisfaction is not their priority and if you have any problems, good luck. They don’t care.

  So the woman who did my hair was a little older than what my mom is and you would think she has enough experience. Right? NOPE! She not only destroyed my hair and left burns on my scalp she cut so choppy to cover up all my big globs of little hair because she let the bleach sit on my head in a cap and a bag then put me under the heater with it on. And when I went back two days later because the color didn't come out what I wanted cuz it was supposed to be red and green peekaboo it was pink and blue instead but when I went back to get it corrected she didn't fix it at all it was terrible. So I called and complained and the manager fixed my layers and gave me a refund and styled it for me I mean I appreciate what she was trying to do but that other woman destroyed my head so bad that 2 months later still isnt growing out at all i still have patches of hair that is so small that I can't have my hair down because it looks so bad. I just wish I had my hair back. I'm afraid to go anywhere else or do my own hair because it's not growing or getting any better. Please for the love of God don't go here

  Almost all of the stylists have many, many years of experience. Walk-ins are welcome. Moderate to expensive prices. And I'm a stylist there with 17 years experience. Come see me!
