I called to speak to the manager and they said she wouldn't be in until Friday. I asked them to call her. They said they would not. After speaking to the first lady Alex called back and began to argue with me. I would NOT ever go there. They (especially Alex) are horrible unprofessional and disgusting.

She barely swept up 10 hairs off the floor and as I was leaving another girl was helping her wash out a patch of her own hair coloring. I am very disappointed and stuck with split ends and a head of hair desperately needing a good cut. Will never go back!
