She cut the layers well, which i often have trouble finding someone to do. She made sure haircut was even, checked several times, included me in decision-making process. I was surprised at the low starting out pay for this job, per a "hiring" sign. For 24.00, I wish they offered washing or light styling, but I understand the dells area may be higher in cost. I went to my appt with my hair washed to make it easier anyway. Stylist was polite, nice.

I said something a few times about how short she was cutting it but she just kept going. She blamed it on me having a perm and it “shrinking”. The worst part is that i tried on my clip in extensions and they look terrible which made me feel 10 times worse bc one of the first things i said when i sat down was that i needed a hairstyle that would work with clip in extensions. I am heartbroken and grieving my lost hair. My hair means a lot to me and this was the cherry on top of an already rough day where I was already anxious about getting my hair cut. I also said something 2 more times when it was done about how I didn’t know how I felt about it and it kinda felt like she rushed me out the door. Idk. I’m not a very confrontational person but I am incredibly distressed and sad. (first two pics are the references and the last is me after the cut)
