  Did an amazing job explaining what will happen. Results were amazing. Acne and acne scarring disappeared. Staff is amazing!!

  Money money money. That's all they want. Membership this, charge you for appointments you didn't confirm, Don't tell you that you're going to get a staph infection after micro needling. I started with intense itching two weeks later, I had to go to the hospital just to get a steroid cream to stop the itching! And I started to get bumps on my neck, Well then that brewed into a staph infection! Had a huge mass on the right side of my jaw, migrated to the sides of my face, then forehead, then head! I had to go to the hospital three times! One of those trips was to the ER! It looked like I had cellulitis on my face! And then they want me to have a virtual visit of course... I canceled the in office visit because I needed to go to the doctor/dermatologist, So for that reason I wasn't able to make the virtual appointment AND Y'ALL CHARGE ME $50 ON TOP OF IT! I'VE ALREADY SPENT OVER $1,000 ON THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY! I'll never go back here! I won't go back here for any reason! Your apologies and your " We support your journey " crap doesn't work! I'd rather go to an actual medical esthetician who knows what they're doing and doesn't beg me for a membership or to buy some $50 lip cream or charge me for an appointment I didn't confirm! Really upset with Juvly! I wouldn't recommend this place after all the crap I've had to deal with. Missed work, hospital visits, co-pays on those, more scarring on my face, an absolute no for me. We'll see an actual medical esthetician because this place ain't it. The lip filler wasn't that impressive either. Doesn't even look like I had anything 'filled' at all. You guys should be paying for this. L

  This was my first time to JUVLY. Crystal treated me and she did a wonderful job! Her bedside manner was amazing and she took the time to listen to me and look at the pictures I provided. The end results looked exactly like what I had hoped for. I couldn’t be happier!

  Been going here for years. Anyone who complains about the membership didn’t actually read the contract. It’s a 12 month commitment. Providers come and go- that’s the world we live in now but I have seen consistency even with having several providers over the years. Sheena was there for years and was great but I’ve had no issues with their new traveling provider Mallory. She’s so sweet! They have many clinic which is convenient when traveling. Favorite services are lasers. Results have been outstanding! Grab their specials when they offer them for the most bang for you buck and stack that on your membership. I tell all my friends to come here if they are looking for a medspa. Compared to other clinics in the area they are priced fairly which I appreciate.

  First time having any beauty treatment done via med spa. Mallory was wonderful and walked me through the entire process of my lip filler appointment. Most definitely happy with my initial results! Can’t wait to see how they look in a month when they are fully healed! ❤️
