I was cut & styled by Kim herself and she did such a beautiful job, I had to come back again a year later. She listens to my every need and made sure I felt like a queen walking out. My hair has never looked this good!

- JNJessi NoelOct 27, 20221.0Came in on Tuesday for a haircut. There was one stylist doing rollers in an elderly lady’s hair maybe 10 feet away from the front desk. I stood there in silence, without a “hello” or “I’ll be with you in a minute” from the employee. I waited 5 minutes, just standing at the front desk being ignored. The woman would look at me but not say anything. How the hell do you have a high rating?! What an awful way to run a business.
