You are next !! I walked right in. And after waiting 32 more minutes I left. Without a haircut Just a woman telling me that the app.isnt accurate. Too bad so sad. Really. What about the customer.

- SRSamantha RaeFeb 19, 20264.0I cannot remember the girl that has cut my hair at Great Clips the last two times, both times I have went to the same location in West Allis in the Sentry Plaza, near Target, Piggly Wiggly, located in a strip mall. The girl who has cut my hair both times has had a bold color of hair both times, purple or pink... usually I will not go to a walk-in place like this and I will wait a week for an appointment however the last two times I just really needed a trim and shaping. I always ask for a butterfly cut with layers (V-SHAPED LAY).. she never takes off more than what I ask, she constantly checks with me before making any additional cuts, both times I was super impressed with the quality of trim or cut that I got from Great Clips are under $25 without tip.. I think yesterday my total was $22 I had a $2 coupon for signing up for their email and I left a $9 tip. I really like this girl in particular and I trust her with my hair. I'm not trying to sound high maintenance by any means but usually I'm not a great clip or Super cuts kind of girl.. I've been going to the same stylist since I was 13 following him from Salon to Salon or whatever chair he was renting and whatever Salon he was renting from. As far as the other staff grows customer service is always good, they are always accommodating, yesterday I needed my phone charged and they had no issue plugging it in, always a clean environment.... they closed at 7:00 and I made my check in at 6:20 something and had a 14 minute wait I got there at 6:50 and neither of the girls gave me any attitude and like I said they were very accommodating even giving me some advice surrounding the colors and lifts I I'm in the process of achieving throughout my hair...

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
