She took her time to perfectly shade match me, helped me find the best foundation and concealer for my skin concerns and skin type, and was so kind and patient throughout the process. You can really tell she cares about helping people look and feel their best! I also want to highlight Alesha, who is always so helpful and welcoming every time I visit. When the store is busy, both Lily and Alesha always go above and beyond to assist customers without hesitation. Their product knowledge and genuine recommendations have helped me discover some of my favorite products at Sephora. Because of their consistent great service, I find myself coming back to the Mayfair Sephora regularly. Thank you, Lily and Alesha, for making every visit such a pleasant experience!

- AMAliya MatzkeAug 22, 20252.0I went in to get Fenty Face Wash. I was in a rush cause I had somewhere to go, thought I’d pop in and out. The cashier wasn’t accepting my answer of no for the rewards program, kept going about benefits even though I had declined 5 times at this point. She then made a comment to another employee about not wanting the rewards, making HER try to convince me 5 times. Then there were comments about “Fenty being on sale because it looks like you need it.” I am very self conscious of my acne and acne scars, and this comment over saying no 10 times now to the rewards program and app wasn’t necessary. I’ve had multiple experiences like this at Sephora over the years, and this really made me upset. It reminds me why I don’t shop at Sephora. Pushy sales people that when you say no, you get insulted.
