She has a great way of showing and demonstrating products to you. Well also caring smooth conversation. She gave me such a good experience and took her time with me going through what products fit me and catered to what sense I was looking for in my skin care routine. I literally wouldn’t shop here if it wasn’t for him. literally ask for Kim when you go to the store she will give you the best lush experience ever!!!

From the moment she greeted me, she made the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and actually enjoyable — not rushed, not pushy, just genuinely kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I needed, explained products clearly, and helped me find things that were perfect for me (and my skin). You can tell she truly cares about what she does and about the people she helps. Customer service like that is rare, and it makes such a difference. Lush is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back — and I hope I get helped by Cruzcita again!
- BSBrittany SchubertDec 29, 20251.0My husband and I went in to buy some bath bombs for our kids and when we went to pay they told us they couldn’t except our form of payment (cash) because of the penny shortage and only wanted credit/debit or exact change. When my husband said we didn’t have exact change and to just give us the bills and keep the change, they still refused and said that it needs to be the exact change. My husband and I couldn’t fathom the fact that they were denying our sale of 16.63 because we didn’t have .63 cents. Then the lady told us that they don’t even take pennies anymore so how were we supposed to pay that .03 in exact change? My kids left extremely disappointed and my husband and I left dumbfounded that cash isn’t accepted here. We will be sending this to corporate because not accepting a legal tender is actually illegal.

I had never stepped foot at a lush before and I got help by a lovely young lady named Kim who showed me how to use things I had never heard of like the dusting powders she even showed me a good massage bar to pair it with (I walked out with both) the service was absolutely amazing she helped me for over 30 minutes answering all doubts and questions I had she even went as far as to make sure my niece always felt included and part of the conversation despite her young age (11) she even did a bath bomb demo with her and even gave my niece a little massage with a scrub and lotion. My niece said she walked out of there feeling like a princess with the amount of care and dedication Kim had with us Kim felt like a breath of fresh air I walked out with amazing new products that I’ved loved so far and my niece got a couple of bath bombs and other goodies and samples that we didn’t even ask for my niece just said she liked the smell of a lotion but wasn’t sure if she wanted it and Kim gave her a little to take home in a small container and told her to use it and think about it lush got new customers for life because of her I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a great experience walking into that stablishment that I couldn’t not say anything she deserves all the glory! Thank you Kim for the amazing customer service and the great help!
