- JJjessicaAug 28, 20252.0I've never had an issue with great clips. I'm very low maintenance and usually just ask for a few inches off to get rid of dead ends, all one length. I seriously get a haircut maybe once a year. Unfortunately had a really bad experience here recently. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The lady only trimmed the very back of my hair... she didn't take the time to make sure anything was even and didn't check the sides. It was so fast I was genuinely confused - either this lady is an expert and can do a trim in three minutes or something is seriously wrong. It was uneven and horrible. I won't be back to this location. I'm not sure what was going on because she was a wonderful woman, but come on

I said that's fine. Let's just shave the sides and cut a few inches off. The lady did a wonderful job. However the lack of professionalism is why I left a 1 star. Another barber there made a comment about how much hair my son had and his client proceeded to say "I thought that was a girl with all those curls" both laughed. Towards the end the other barber made another remark on why I didn't have all it cut, as if his coworker just hadn't told me she couldn't cut it the length I wanted. I appreciate the kindness showed by the Lady who cut my son's hair and understands crazy hair.
