  Been to this store many times and always a good experience. Especially the lady with the reddish shoulder length hair, blanking on her name. She helped me and my mither a few months ago and made it such a fun experience for my mom who doesnt treat herself enough. Happy to see her month after month. Most of the other younger ladies are super nice as well.

  Cynthia is amazing! I walked in, interrupted her during her restocking and she was so friendly with a smile that I literally felt like I was no bother at all (something you don’t always get anymore). Not only did she stop and help me with whatever I needed, she knew EXACTLY what my sister in law wanted and that they had just received the shipment and she hoped it wasn’t sold out already (it was literally the last one in the color). Then I asked her to recommend one other product and she knew immediately what to suggest (their popular mascara that they gave out as birthday gifts). Thanks Cynthia, you’re phenomenal and I appreciate how much you smile while doing your job.

  Nicer than all competitors in the region, even their other locations! Lady at the desk today was super knowledgeable and sweet. A majority of products here are super high quality (expensive) but you get what you pay for! ♥️

  I asked the Sephora Technician for the impossible lip gloss. Since it is indeed an impossible request, I mentioned that I really liked their shade and sheen. I searched my receipt for the tech’s name but it’s not listed. I’d love to make an official call out to the Sephora technician that got me the perfect lip(stick)(gloss)! All within a few minutes!
