First off, I wasn't even greeted at the door, just asked for my name and told to sit down. I was called shortly by a staff member who didn't seem too thrilled to be there. I told her what I wanted, and she got to work. She cut two inches off my hair without even wetting it first, then went straight to curling it. The curls were so tight, and with my fine hair, it looked awful. I asked for some volume and maybe blow dry my hair since I've done it before with my fine, thin hair. She just teased it a little and said that's all she could do. I left the salon feeling ugly and just as bad, if not worse, than when I walked in. Paying $50 for that was horrendous. Never going there again, and I definitely don't recommend it.
