I see others here know which one it is. She refused give me the haircut I've been getting for 20 years because she'd need to use 2 guards to taper my sides (a standard men's haircut). She also pointed at a child that came in during my haircut and exclaimed to the room "I'm not doing another one!"

She hides in the back corner of the salon, argues with the customers (have been going to Great Clips for years and clip notes are in the system for the fam.....she insists they are not, but other stylists can locate them) is sloppy (unkempt) in appearance and is rude. There are no signs posted about cell phone use anywhere in the salon and it seems that with 2 in the chair and me waiting taking an urgent call was a distraction for her. Stephanie and Becky are great and professional in interactions - she needs a new non customer facing job! something else that seems odd; she wears gloves to cut hair, while in itself may be to protect from hair slivers, but she does not change her gloves betwen clients. If there is a worry about cross contamination with combs and tools, one would suspect that a change of gloves is warranted between clients. I will not be back to that salon again despite proximity to home simply based on the rudeness of two staff of this facility.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
