It seemed that the staff were intentionally avoiding cutting his hair. They said they couldn't guarantee that everyone got cut in succession, however a family of 4 came in after us and all got cut at the same time. They pushed him so far down the line that people who weren't even in the shop were in front of him. They brought me an invoice for 2 kids, and I pointed to my son with Down Syndrome and said he hadn't been cut yet. They said they knew. After watching 5 other people behind us get their hair cut, I finally said I just wanted to leave. The girl behind the counter who had been playing on her phone the entire time said she wasnt trained to check people out. So, I had to wait even longer because the person at the register wasn't trained to work it. I think that the goal was to intentionally make me wait, and they figured I would get fed up and leave. This whole situation felt like they intentionally avoided cutting the hair of my child with Down Syndrome. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
