- BBBrookeNov 15, 20251.0Checked in online with a 47min wait and got the text message it was time to head to the salon. When I got there I was 1st on the wait list and then was passed over twice, first by the persom who was 2nd on the list and then by someone who's name wasn't even on the list. I just got up and left.
- JDJoseph “J1987” DOct 12, 20251.0Asked for a medium skin fade, did not get a fade, just went from skin straight to about a half inch long, zero attempt at fading. When I asked about the gouges on the right side of my head the stylist seriously told me I was going gray and that was just the color of my hair making it look that way, not the actual gouges I could see( I don't have a single gray hair on my head). Went to a local barber about an hour later to fix the pathetic attempt at a hair cut, they had a good laugh when I took my hat off and then fixed me up right. Will never be back to great clips.

- BFBJ FullerMay 28, 20255.0This place is pretty cool. They had a lot of open chairs. There's probably three or four people waiting. You have to set up an appointment over the internet. There's absolutely no way to set up an appointment without using the internet. I used their website online. Some people use the app. They will send you a text reminder over the phone. Whatever you do don't set up multiple appointment times. Also don't set up an appointment at another location nearby.
- THTeagan HeckJun 30, 20191.0I have never left a salon crying and I couldn't stop crying as soon as I left. The woman didn't listen to me at all, I also wanted to donate my hair and she cut the donation pieces too short, so I can't even donate them now. I'm never going here again.
