We are here on vacation and decided to get a badly needed haircut. I arrived without an online check in. I was told that there was a 31 minute wait or that it could be sooner. The stylist immediately took me. I am sorry that I did not get her name nor did I get a receipt, as I paid cash. I don’t know how it is possible that my hair looks worse than it did before the haircut. She did not wet my hair prior to cutting it and spent more time talking than cutting, I was in and out of there in five minutes. I realize that I should have said something, but I didn’t. I was hoping that it would look better today after washing, but it doesn’t. I feel foolish and embarrassed that I spent $20 on this horrible haircut. I can only hope that it grows out quickly!!
