She was in a rush and said she "did the best she could with what she had to work with." I have never been so angry about a hair cut. I don't even know what she was trying to do and don't know in what world she thought what she did was okay. She didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name but I will never bring my son back here. We went to sports clips after and Maria worked a miracle and fixed what this other woman had done.
