With covid I get no chairs but maybe a receptionist or my stylist should be earlier then me. She walked in 2 minutes before my service. My service over all was good. She did a beautiful job on my color and cut. Only other thing I didn't care for is the extra charges. She should have asked or better communication with me on how they charge here. Extra $40 charges I wasn't aware of or how they did things.when I booked I said no to a conditioning treatment but was charged for a toner and a bonding teatment which is basically a conditioning treatment. So in the future if I ever go back I'd like to have her be more up front.

The ends of my hair were already pretty light so she just applied the color to my roots...MY HAIR BROKE OFF WHERE SHE STOPPED WITH THE COLOR. My hair that was past the middle of my back is now about three inches long in most places and even shorter around my face. As she pulled the foils off all my hair came with it and she offered me a free deep conditioning treatment...like that was going to help. This has been the worst hair experience ever!! Oh also the stylist in the chair next to mine, who also had a customer ,was busy talking to my stylist about who she had slept with.
