The service here feels elevated, consistent, and genuinely customer-focused — something you almost never find in outlet retail. From my very first visit, Jane has stood out. She’s graceful, intuitive, exceptionally knowledgeable, and has a natural ability to understand exactly what a customer needs. Her recommendations are thoughtful and tailored, and she manages to make the entire experience feel calm, informed, and quietly luxurious. Over time, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mei Ling, another long-standing associate whose service is absolutely on par with Jane’s — both are equally attentive, equally knowledgeable, and equally committed to helping customers find products they’ll truly love. Between the two of them, shopping here is effortless and genuinely enjoyable. The store as a whole reflects that same level of care.
